In the 10th century there was a Palatinate of the Ottonians in Memleben, which was not yet located with certainty. The first Saxon king of the East Franconian Empire, Heinrich I and his son Otto I, wrote documents here. Both also died in Memleben. Before or in 979, Otto II founded a Benedictine monastery not far from the Palatinate, the remains of which characterize the townscape today.
Otto II (also known as Otto the Red) came from the noble family of the Liudolfinger and was Holy Roman Emperor from 973 to 983.
In 1525 the monastery was plundered by rebellious peasants. After the increasing decline and as a result of the Reformation from 1548, the monastery was finally dissolved. So far, no structural remains have been found from the old Palatinate. However, there are still some parts of the wall from the monumental church of the 10th century.
In the 12th century the construction of a new, smaller monastery complex had begun. The monastery church was completed in the first half of the 13th century. The late Romanesque crypt deserves a special mention.
The Imperial Palace belongs to the municipality of An der Finne. Other communities in addition to the Imperial Palace are Finne, Finneland and Lanitz-Hassel-Tal, An der Poststrasse, the town of Bad Bibra and the town of Eckartsberga.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...
The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras.
Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives.
We use cameras that are remote controlled.
From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways.
This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

Video reports for television and the Internet
Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area.
This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports.
Both the topics and the locations were very diverse.
These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more.
Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

Video production of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.
The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc.
If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient.
When it comes to interview or conversation situations in which several people take part, we naturally rely on the proven multi-camera method.
Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience.
There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video cutting, audio editing
The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin.
The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing.
During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time.
The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing.
If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.
